The Spacious Self Retreat strives to create an intimate, safe and supportive environment to serve your greatest transformation and healing.
Because of this, we intentionally limit the number of guests attending each retreat.
The following payment guidelines help to ensure that The Spacious Self Retreat can run efficiently and sustainably.
- Full payment must be made at least one week before the retreat begins. (April 7th).
- Your payment includes a $250 non refundable deposit.
If you wish to cancel your retreat booking, the following refunds apply:
2 weeks before: Option to transfer payment to our next available retreat.
Or
Full refund minus $500.
1 week before: You have the option to transfer payment to our next available retreat.
If the booking cannot be honoured for any reason, outside of both parties control (eg: bush fire, flooding, pandemic, bereavement, medical reason etc) you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your booking to the next available date. However, we can not offer a monetary refund under these circumstances.
Limitation of liability.
As with any physical activity, it is important that before beginning, you consult with your health care professional to ensure that you are mindful of your current health and any restrictions that are appropriate for you.
Angela Semple and Justine Sharkie accept no liability for any injury, loss of property or death from attending our retreat.
Photography:
At times, we will take photographs of the property as well as throughout the program, including meal times, yoga classes and workshops.
In booking with us, you provide us with your permission to be photographed, and for these photos to be used in our marketing materials.
By confirming a booking with us, you have therefore accepted all of our terms and conditions.
