What is Sex Magic?

Sex Magic isn't just about the act of sex (although if you're after better sex, you'll definitely get it! Wink wink!)  

Sex magic is more about the sexual energy that we all have inside of us

This energy is our super power!

If we can learn to

1. find it

2. awaken it

3 express it and

4. create with it

we experience better relationships with ourselves, our partners, our kids, our wider communities and all of life.  

It's our life force, our connection to our deeper desires (both in the bedroom but also in every area of our life). 

Through my own personal experience and deep learning of tantra, energy medicine, yoga and a background in psychology and psychotherapy, I've learnt this: 

creating a conscious relationship to ourselves and our parter through sex, is one of the greatest portholes to spiritual evolution, abundant manifestation, profound love and a wild, free life! 

Mick and I had been exploring Tantra for 6 years and it very quickly become the foundation of our relationship. 

We navigated many heart breaks, emotions and challenging times in our relationship, with the support of the tools, teachings an practices in this course. 

Covid hit the world in 2020 and our little family of 5 were in lockdown for 7 months of the year. 

Both of our work changed instantly, we were homeschooling 2 kids and trying to entertain a 2 year old and our fun, creative outlets were no longer an option: time with family and friends, weekend getaways, yoga and mediations classes for me, and fishing for Mick. 

Everything was stripped away...and do you know what?

Because of the "work" (play) we has done over the last 6 years, our relationship breezed through that time. 

We discovered more depth, meaning and trust in our relationship than we ever had before. 

And not that there wasn't any intense moments, challenging times or hard conversations, that not the picture of an awesome relationship- we had all of these things, but we were able to come together from a place of higher consciousness and witness and support each other through every transition... all with a sense of playfulness and fun. 

Our relationship and our sexual relationship is the power source for our whole life. 

Our family with 3 young kids, our careers, our connection to a wider community it's of family and friends and our sense of purpose in the world. 

It's so counterintuitive hey?

Our whole lives we're told to work hard: focus on being a good parent, providing for your family, holding everything together to everyone and you'll ####

But at the start of 2021, in an age where we have the world at our finger tips (literally), societally we have the highest rates if depression and suicide, more unhappy, sexless marriages, and more infidelity and divorce than ever before. 

We're all waking up to how backwards the life we've been living is.

The information and teachings that I share here, is based on my experience and learning, but this ks not a one size fits all experience. my role is to empower you to find your kdswn truth, have confidence and trust in yourself to find your own path and have your own magical mystery tour.

How much can you listen to yourself, your body and your intuition. Intuition is the ability to Know your own truth (what is true for you) beyond the conditioning oil the rational/ logic mind. 

This is available to men and women. Patriarchy was not helpful for anyone: men and women. Empower yourself to Know and Feel your own truth. 

Men are so much more intuitive that you think.

My personal story

Week 1:

Teaching : Wiping the slate clean. (honesty/ Trust) Communication. Listening. Holding space. Witnessing your own reactions as energy moving in you body.

Teaching: The role of the Masculine + The role of the Feminine.

Teaching: Energy medicine/  Deep healing : Healing all the crap... together. (Holding space/ witnessing/ vulnerability.

(The simmer: being sensual within yourself and each other throughout the day. Sacral chakra. what gives your pleasure- sexual and non sexual. men- feel like you are penetrating life. Women- feel that life is penetrating you. A practice of mindfulness, presence with a twist of sensuality- experiencing life with all of your senses. what turns you 'on'. touc, smell, sight, imagination, taste. make very moment an act of love and sensuality with yourself, with each other and with all of life.)
