What does 'Soul Embodiment' mean?

Soul Embodiment is the acknowledgement that you are a spiritual being and a human being.

It's the journey of recognising your eternal and limitless nature, at the same time as being witness to the ever changing state of your human self and physical reality.  

It's the practice, through presence with your whole self, of BEING the vibration and expression of your unique truth (and the truth of what you are connected to... which is everything).  

There are many spiritual teachings and techniques to practice this.

I believe that an ability to access the quantum field (a state of being - of presence and love) and learn to work with the states of consciousness there is essential. 

One of my favourite energy practices to channel this light (state of being) is creating a line (or tunnel) of energy from your Soul Star Chakra (the gateway into the quantum) through your heart, and into your physical body.  

Strengthening this line of energy allows us to embody the light of our soul, to live our soul purpose as a state of being (rather than something we need to do or achieve to 'get there').

Inside the school, especially in The Mastery level, we focus on Cosmic Soul Embodiment. How we can connect to, receive from, channel and embody the Light of our soul from our cosmic chakra (our 13th chakra- the 8th dimension + Metatrons frequency). 

This enables us not just to live a life of purpose and meaning on a human and spiritual level, (our personal soul) but how do we fulfil our purpose from a cosmic perspective. 

Who are we here to be / become that will make the greatest impact on the greater cosmic story of our time and the higher dimensions of (collective + cosmic) consciousness?

Ultimately embodying our spirituality assists our human nature, and embracing our humanity uplifts our spirit. They are One. 

This core idea is the intention behind everything else is the school. 

Every live ceremony, every soul activation, every Q+A session, every email; all hold the knowing that embodying the light of your soul is possible (NO! INEVITABLE!) for you in this lifetime. 

And every beautiful, messy moment of your life gives you the opportunity to experience yourself as an embodied soul.

What is Light Language?

Light Language is the movement and communication of Light.

Light carries information, intelligence and codes that activate and awaken consciousness. 

Receiving, listening, communing, embodying, anchoring, creating with and sharing your Light (+ the Light of the cosmos that wants to move through you) is Light Language. 

When you consciously work with your Light Language, you're in a process of living your soul purpose and contributing to the awakening of the earth, humanity and the entire cosmos. 

The Light that you communicate with is encoded with your innate essence. 

It's not outside of you- It is you. 

YOU ARE Light Language. It's who you are beyond your physical self, roles and identity... it's your multidimensional Self... your expression of Love and your unique way of Being. 

Light language comes through us in many different forms, and because it is multidimensional, it will never make sense to the 3D mind. 

Which can also make it extremely frustrating when we first start to experience our Light Language. We may have a knowing, or a feeling, or simply a curiosity, but it feels very elusive.

I believe everyone has a Light Language that they can connect to, explore and master to create a life of awe, fulfilment and purpose. 

It may come through you as codes, symbols, sounds, art, dance, nature communication, intuitive readings, crystal gridding, writing, teaching or the healing arts.

It may also come through you while you're not in the realm that's normally considered 'spiritual'. Like cooking a meal for your family, caring for your sick child, or being with animals.  

When you cultivate presence and hold an intention, you are working with your Light Language. 

Inside the school, we explore Light Language in detail in level 1 (Embody) and level 2 (The Temple of Light).

Let's talk Sacred Sexuality.

Sacred sexuality is a spiritual pathway that guides you into oneness with yourself, your intimate relationships and your relationship with the Source of life. 

Through the practices of sacred sexuality, either individually or enhanced with a partner, you begin to move a profound source of energy through your light body- healing the shadows and awakening light. 

When we let go of the accumulated shame, guilt and fear in our bodies and psyches we unlock a powerful life force inside of us. 

This life force; our truth, our source, kundalini, our Light Language is also the sexual energy of creation itself. 

This then becomes a pathway where the many polarities of self are explored with the intention of deeply releasing the shadow within ourselves (past conditioning, fear, shame, belief in separation, anxiety, guilt etc)  and embodying the Light of our true nature. (Pleasure, abundance, connection, confidence, love, ecstasy, healing + wholeness). 

This energy is fully awakened when we hold space for our inner feminine and masculine consciousness to reunite back into union. 

When we reunite these aspects of ourselves (and in my experience, sacred sexuality is the best pathway for this), our whole selves come into union:

- masculine and feminine

- humanity and spirit

- our light and our shadow. 

Through this union we find peace and the source of our truth. 

We reunite with the Light of our soul and we are able to connect with higher source of divinity. 

Inside the school we work with this energy on a soul level and bring it into form through embodiment practices. 

The greater (soul level) context:

While your soul was birthing into this life (our milky way galaxy) your original soul light was split into two. (this is an intentional / soul level process)

Our masculine soul energy (Light from our 12th chakra- Universal Gateway) and our feminine soul energy (Light from our 11th chakra- Stella Gateway was split and journeyed through different pathways before reuniting in our soul star (10th chakra) and anchoring our light body into the earth. 

The scared sexuality teachings and practices inside the school focus on reuniting our masculine and feminine soul energies. 

- The Gathering School (level 1 + 2) focuses on individual practices for the female. 

- Level 3- The Mastery level of the school focuses on Sacred Sexuality as a source of creative expression for your Soul Work. 

- Sex Magic holds the teachings and practices for a couple. 

Soul Work

In a broader sense, soul work is the multidimensional 'work' we are here to do while on this planet inside a human body. 

The light we are here to anchor into the earth, the expansion of our light body through the many lessons of navigating our human existence; the presence, the joy, the grief, the pain: the ability to have the full spectrum of experiences in this lifetime.... which is the journey into peace, wholeness and truth. 

Inside the school, Soul Work is more specifically defined as the unique bodies of work that want to move through you, and through the vessel of your soul led business. 

It's my belief (and just happens to be what I'm super passionate about) that more and more women and beginning to receive specific guidance around creating work and communities that not only bring their unique purpose into form, but also provide them with freedom, abundance and fulfilment of their cosmic purpose. (I talk about 'cosmic purpose' at the top of this page). 

Women are awakening to their inner desires to share, guide, heal, create, channel and lead in a unique way. 

There is also a rise in wanting to share ideas, teachings, practices, frameworks and journeys with others that haven't come from anywhere or anyone else. 

Instead, they've been cultivated through your own inner exploration, curiosities and life experiences. 

This is Soul Work. 

Unique, light filled creations that come from your heart and soul... a deep desire to awaken your spiritual potential as well as guide, lead and hold space for others to awaken theirs. 

Of course, this all sounds neat and pretty (even idealistic) written here.

If youre on a pathway of soul work... you'll know that it's not at all pretty.

It's messy, confusing, soul shattering (well... ego shattering... which at the time feels like soul shattering ;)).

There's often more phases of shadow than light and then comes actually sharing what you do with the wider world... yep... it's a roller coaster...

and an amazing portal of spiritual awakening and embodiment when we can walk the path with presence, trust in our Spirit and compassion for our human selves. 

The Mastery level of the school (The Inner Codes + UNION 1:1) is where we deeply explore your Soul Work.  

How they all weave together to create a life of presence, purpose and joy. 

I hope that through reading (and feeling into) the qualities of Light Language, Sacred Sexuality + Soul work, you're beginning to sense how all three work together to guide you on a pathway of Soul Embodiment. 

Through presence, shadow work and playing with the quantum possibilities that exist all around you, you are fully supported in every moment to embody and express your fullest potentials. 

And a gentle reminder.. these pathways are lifelong practices. Each step of your unique journey holds magic and new things for you to discover about life and yourself. (This very moment in fact!!)

You have a natural rhythm and pace that is a true thing of beauty.
